On arrival we usually start with mock makeup photos (Makeup might be done when we arrive, so we take pictures of this by MUA or a bridesmaid if required). After this we start with the gown shots if you have special gowns/shirts to drink champaign in. Then we take pictures of your details, your dress, jewelry, etc. We let the bride get dressed and photograph all the details of her getting fully dressed, from shoes, earrings, perfume, ect.

Have you taken a video? Do you want to do voiceovers.

Voiceovers is a letter you read to your bride or groom that we record and use in your creative edit of your video. This will be done during the time that you get ready in a private and quiet environment.

Groom session *

How the groom session works: Usually they get dressed first, because they to not need make up to be done, if the have novelty shirts they can have this on on our arrival. If they want to add drinks in the session, please have them there. If they are not doing novelty shirts, the Groom can be dressed in his shirt & pants only, Groomsmen can get dressed on our arrival. When we arrive we like to take pictures of all wedding details (shoes, perfume, tie etc.) Please have it there & ready to be photograph.

The service *

Are we allowed to photograph the service? Who will walk you down the aisle? Are you getting married indoors or ourdoors? Any additional info we need to know about.

Family photos *

Please provide us with a list of all the photos you would like taken in this session via email or whats app. PLEASE give this list to the best person to help us call the people & please let your family know they should stay for photos if the photographer calls them after the group shot. Please let the correct person, for example a bridesmaid, brother, sister or MC help us, we do not know the family so this helps a lot.

Overtime

Costs: R2000 per hour extra per team, we will include a discount if you take both photos & video overtime. Overtime is limited to the curfew and distance we need to travel home / to our accommodation afterwards.
